On rare occasions Avis may not be able to provide the vehicle of your choice due to mechanical issues or late returns from previous customers. On the occasion we are not able to provide the selected car you will be offered a complimentary upgrade to an alternative vehicle. Avis strive to provide the car selected and from Jan to Oct 2012 we have had a 99.99% success rate.
